WeSafe app for iPhone and iPad

WeSafe is a new kind of smart alarm that secures your home, yourself and your loved ones.

WeSafe is designed to provide the home with theft, as well as to provide emergency assistance to people in need of emergency, easily and efficiently through an emergency call. The latter is also developed as a security for relatives.

Important notice, we are using your GPS location in the background and that means your battery could be drained. But we are only using the location in the background on devices where you are activating the alarm, surveillance or on the device where you call for help. If you only use the app for help purposes we are not using your location in the background before you press the help button. We are using audio in the background, but only when an alarm has been activated.

The alarm function works as follows:
When the WeSafe app is downloaded on your smart devices, you are guided through a guide on the alarm. No home installations are required. Once the app is set up, you are secured with an alarm.
If a thief then gets hold of your activated smart devices, the following happens:
• The Smart Device automatically sends text messages to the people who are entered as your helpers.
• The smart devic tells the thief that everything the thief has in his hands and that there is help on the way.
• The Smart Device captures everything that happens in the home the next few seconds.
• The smart device can be tracked as long as it has internet access.
• You can see and follow the people who are on their way to help, via the gps feature. However, this requires that the helpers also have the app and respond via this.

Suspicious behavior works like this:
If you see something on the street or in the living quarters that you think looks suspicious, you can take a quick picture, write a short note and submit it to suspicious behavior. Then your neighbors can see what you have observed and thus help each other to keep watch.

The emergency function works like this:
• The Smart Device sends an SMS to the people who are entered as your helpers.
• You can see which helpers respond and follow these via the gps function.
Here again it is required that the helpers also have the app and respond via this.
In both functions, you also have the option of accessing the network of users the app offers, and ask them for help.

Wesafe works on the basis of access to the internet and GPS location, and it is therefore of the utmost importance that these are active on your smart devices.
When the alarm function is activated, the smart device has a larger battery consumption and it is therefore recommended that it is fully charged before use.
It also requires access to the microphone, but this is ONLY used when the alarm function is activated.
WeSafe is a service and is paid with a monthly subscription. The first 30 days are free. Then it costs 49 DKK a month.

Regarding the subscription
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration / price selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period.

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• Current subscription may not be canceled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and / or auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after the update.

• Any unused portion of the free one month initial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The subscription is automatically renewed each month unless terminated. There is no binding.
